Working with Selligent, SQL, HTML/CSS, and customer data, you will help improve CRM campaigns across email, SMS, web push, and app notifications.You will work closely with the data and analytics team to turn insights into personalized customer journeys, improve campaign deliverability, and develop smarter data flows and integrations. This is an opportunity to take ownership, influence the evolution of the CRM strategy, and make a real impact on campaign performance.Your responsibilities Design, build, and optimize automated CRM campaigns across multiple communication channelsDevelop SQL queries for audience segmentation, customer targeting, and data extractionCreate and optimize responsive HTML/CSS email templates and newslettersAnalyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversionImprove email deliverability and troubleshoot campaign performance issuesConnect Python-based analytical insights with the CRM platform to enable more data-driven campaignsOptimize database processes, data flows,
