You will have direct responsibility for the departments of:Customer QualityRepair and fault analysisQuality Management System (QMS)Be a key member of the management team, driving a culture of quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the company.EducationIndustrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar.Complementary training in Quality, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.ExperienceMinimum 3 years in quality leadership positions.Experience in industrial or EMS environments.Management of multidisciplinary teams.Experience working with OEM customers and high-end projects.Technical ExpertiseIATF 16949ISO 9001APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC,



MSA8D and Root Cause AnalysisAudit ManagementSupplier quality and continuous improvementStrong verbal and written communication skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English.Key competencesAS9100Six Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltKnowledge of SMT, PCBAs and electronic assemblyExperience in the aerospace, defence or automotive sectors.
