At Grupo Oesía, we work to ensure innovation delivers real impact, and we are looking for people who want to be part of that challenge.WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?AtTecnobit, part of Grupo Oesía, we are looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer with strong VHDL and FPGA experience to join our Avionics & Communications team inMadrid .We are looking for an experienced engineer with a solid background in firmware development, synthesizable VHDL and FPGA-based systems ,who would like to contribute to advanced technology projects in the defence and avionics sector .WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE?Design and develop advancedsynthesizable VHDLfor FPGA-based systems.Develop and verify solutions based onXilinx Zynq and UltraScale FPGAs, usingVivado .Perform functional verification usingVHDL testbenches and ModelSim, as well as FPGA debugging and integrated logic analysis.Design and integrateXilinx IP cores, custom cores and AXI buses .Implement and control communication interfaces such asUART, SPI and I2C .UseChipScopefor embedded logic analysis and FPGA debugging.DevelopXSCT scripts and stand-alone applications using Xilinx SDK .Manage and trace system requirements usingDOORS, ensuring their verification through testing.Supportsystem integration, testing and verificationalongside multidisciplinary engineering teams.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Degree inTelecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.Minimum of4 years of professional experience in FPGA or firmware development .Hands-on experience withXilinx FPGAs, particularlyZynq and UltraScale .Professional experience using theXilinx Vivadodesign environment.Experience inFPGA simulation, verification and debugging .Experience withModelSim,
