Jefe de Obra / Project Manager de Construcción – Madrid

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee significant construction projects in the vibrant metropolitan area of Madrid. This leadership role is responsible for the complete lifecycle management of construction projects, from planning and execution to successful completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. You will lead project teams, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
- Maintain high‑quality standards throughout the construction process, conducting regular site inspections.
- Liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers,



and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and change orders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in construction project management, ideally with large‑scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management tools.
