Job Description
SCRM – LIDL DigitalHub We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Design System squad in Lidl Plus, with a strong knowledge and experience in UX/UI design, design systems, scalability, theming, tokenization, multi-brand, accessibility and governance. As a Product Designer you will design, document, maintain, scale and release the libraries while also do research, manage timings and expectations, audit components adoption and advise our internal consumers. You must have knowledge of iOS, Android and Web standards and best practices. You will work very closely with a development team to ensure the design gets the experience requirements in all design and development phases. Help translate design decisions into scalable components. Audit system adoption to ensure design quality and consistency. Work closely with engineers to align design and implementation. Advance experience using Figma. Complete professional fluency in English. Experience working with component libraries and design files. Minimum 5 years designing for digital software or mobile apps. Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, standards and best practices. Experience working on social or consumer facing products across multiple platforms (desktop and mobile) Demonstrate a senior profile showing your knowledge, the capacity to generate ideas and the capability to materialize them into effective solutions.
