* Ensure business continuity throughout integration and transformation programs, overseeing data migration, system integration, cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives.
* Build, develop, and lead a high-performing international IT team while managing strategic technology partners, system integrators, vendors, and IT investments.
