Our client is a fast-growing premium streetwear fashion brand with a strong identity, an ambitious growth trajectory, and a business split between digital and physical retail.

They are looking for a Buyer to join their Product team and contribute to the planning and execution of purchasing strategies across collections and product categories. Working closely with the Product and Design teams, you will help build the right assortment, make data-driven purchasing decisions, and ensure products reach the right channels at the right time.

This role combines commercial analysis, product selection, supplier management, and stock optimization, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to the brand's sales performance, product availability, and profitability in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Main responsibilities:

Plan seasonal purchases and collections in collaboration with the Product and Design teams
Analyze sales, sell-through, stock levels, and trends to make purchasing decisions
Manage product assortments across categories, online channels, physical stores, and markets
Monitor purchasing budgets, open-to-buy (OTB), and profit margins
Identify and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best prices, quality and delivery terms
Place and track purchase orders, ensuring products meet quality standards and arrive on time
Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment between online and physical stores
Monitor product performance and recommend actions such as replenishments, markdowns, and outlet allocation




Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new product opportunities
Collaborate with Product, Design, Retail, E-commerce, and Logistics teams to optimize product availability and sales performance

Core skills/experience:
Previous experience in buying, purchasing, or merchandising within the fashion or retail industry
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of product performance, sales trends, stock rotation, and profitability
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into purchasing decisions
Experience managing product assortments, purchasing budgets and stock levels
Knowledge of supplier management, price negotiations, production timelines and quality control
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple collections, orders and deadlines simultaneously
Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with sales and stock data
Passion for fashion, streetwear, consumer trends and product development
