Essentials Spoken and written Catalan language (B2 onwards) Experience in project management (agile and traditional methodologies). Familiarity with management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.). Knowledge of the data lifecycle and BI processes and solutions. Valuable Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) Competencies and abilities Leadership and organizational capacity. Analytical thinking and results-orientation. Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. Negotiation and conflict resolution. Adaptability and proactivity.

This role focuses on managing project demands, estimates, planning, team coordination, scope, risk, and quality control activities.

Responsibilities

Demand Management:



Receive, analyze and prioritize requests, and evaluate the impact and viability of new initiatives

Estimates and Valuations: Prepare estimates of effort, cost and time, and validate estimates with technical teams and business

Planning and Monitoring: Create and maintain schedules, control milestones and deliverables, and report progress and risks to stakeholders

Team Organization and Operational Coordination: Assign tasks and monitor their execution, facilitate planning and monitoring meetings, and manage dependencies between teams and areas

Scope Management: Define project objectives and deliverables, and control changes and manage deviations

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and design and execute mitigation plans

Quality Control: Ensure compliance with standards and good practices, and validate deliverables before acceptance

Your Profile
We are looking for a qualified Project Manager with experience in agile and traditional project management methodologies, strong knowledge of BI processes and data lifecycle, proficiency in Catalan language, and excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Must Have Skills

Spoken and written Catalan language (B2 level or higher)





Experience in project management with agile methodologies
