WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?

At

Cipherbit, part of Grupo Oesía , we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in ASIC / PRS products to lead complex technology programmes in the Space, Defence and Critical Systems sectors

from our site in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Spain . We are looking for an experienced professional combining project leadership, technical understanding and customer management ,with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and successfully delivercomplex engineering programmes throughout their lifecycle.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE?

Lead complex

engineering and technology projects

from initial definition through integration, validation and delivery.

Coordinate

multidisciplinary engineering, integration and validation teams , ensuring alignment across technical and operational activities.

Manage

planning, costs, milestones, contractual commitments and project risks .

Monitor

KPIs, SLAs, project performance and financial evolution , identifying deviations and defining corrective actions.

Manage

resource planning, workload forecasts, costs and revenue evolution

throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify

technical and organisational risks , defining mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Act as the

main interface with customers and industrial partners , providing executive reporting and ensuring effective project communication.





Coordinate

requirements management, system integration and the technical evolution

of the solutions developed.

Ensure the

technical quality of project deliverables

and the correct execution of development plans.

Contribute to

business development activities and the definition of new technological opportunities .

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Degree in

Engineering or another relevant technical discipline .

More than

5 years of professional experience managing complex engineering or technology projects .

Professional experience in

Space, Defence or Critical Systems , with previous experience in the

Space sector

particularly valued.

Experience with

ASIC / PRS products or programmes

and technologically complex systems.

Demonstrated experience leading

multidisciplinary technical teams .

Experience in the

end-to-end management of engineering and technology development projects , including planning, cost, risk and delivery management.

Experience in

Systems Engineering and full development lifecycles

will be highly valued.

Knowledge of

critical systems, secure communications or cryptography

will be highly valued.

Experience with

HW/SW integration and system verification, validation or certification

will be highly valued.

High level of English ,



both for technical environments and project/customer management.
