Head of Customer Service Iberia

Joining a market-leading international company and taking ownership of the Customer Service function across Iberia, you will lead customer experience, drive operational excellence, and inspire high-performing teams while shaping the future of service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Customer Service organization across Spain and Portugal.
Drive customer satisfaction, operational performance, and service transformation.
Manage budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with commercial and leadership teams to deliver business growth and customer excellence.

What we're looking for:

Proven leadership experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, or Operations.

Strong track record in team management and business transformation.

Commercial mindset, strategic vision, and hands‐on leadership style.

Fluent in Spanish and English.
