About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to lead national sales performance, developing and executing strategies that drive sustainable revenue and market share growth across Australia.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, some of your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement national sales strategy aligned with objectivesLead, coach,



and motivate multi-state sales teams to targetsBuild key account relationships and lead major contract negotiationsManage national sales pipeline and review performance for conversions Monitor market trends and research new product opportunities Report forecasts to management, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel nationally About YouThe successful candidate will have: 7+ years of sales experience, including senior national leadership rolesExperience within industrial workwear, hospitality uniforms, fire-resistant uniforms, or related B2 B marketsProven success leading, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams and exceeding targets consistentlyStrong track record managing major accounts and complex negotiations You will also have: Strong strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and people management skillsSound knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, CRM, and performance managementAnalytical skills to turn market insights into actionable strategiesAbility to build effective relationships and willingness to travel nationally What's in it for You?
