We are currently scouting for a talented professional to join our team in the heart of the Mediterranean as a Danish Speaking Paypal Customer Expert position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support for users of integral FinTech payment platforms, ensuring seamless financial transactions
Resolve account-related inquiries, payment disputes, and security concerns with precision and professionalism
Maintain a deep understanding of evolving FinTech regulations and internal compliance standards to protect customer data
Act as a primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, delivering empathetic and solutions-oriented customer experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to identify and resolve platform bugs or system inefficiencies
Educate users on the secure features and advanced tools available within the digital financial ecosystem
Document all interactions accurately within our CRM to maintain the integrity of customer service records
Requirements
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Valid EU passport is strictly required for all applicants
Strong interest in the FinTech industry and passion for digital financial solutions
Exceptional problem-solving skills and an eye for detail in complex transactional environments
Previous experience in customer service, banking, or a similar digital support role is highly advantageous
Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, to join our on-site team
