Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager (all-day dining) to lead the daily Food and Beverage operation for our signature restaurant and contribute to a dynamic pre-opening team. You will work under the Restaurant Manager to shape menus and wine lists, mentor the F&B; team, and ensure exceptional guest service while managing costs, inventory, and purchasing decisions;
fluency in English and Spanish is required, and legal work rights in Spain are essential.
