We are currently looking to incorporate a Quality Manager to be part of the team and lead the organization's global quality strategy.

What will be your challenge?
We are looking for a Quality Officer with a strong track record in electronic manufacturing environments (EMS) and proven experience in highly regulated sectors such as Automotive (IATF *) and/or Aerospace (AS**).
The selected person will lead the organization's integral quality strategy, ensuring compliance with our clients' standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
You will have direct responsibility for the departments of:
Customer Quality
Repair and fault analysis
Quality Management System (QMS)
Be a key member of the management team, driving a culture of quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the company.
Education
Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar.
Complementary training in Quality, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in quality leadership positions.
Experience in industrial or EMS environments.
Management of multidisciplinary teams.
Experience working with OEM customers and high-end projects.
Technical Expertise
IATF *
ISO
APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
8D and Root Cause Analysis
Audit Management
Supplier quality and continuous improvement




Strong verbal and written communication skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
Key competences
AS
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
Knowledge of SMT, PCBAs and electronic assembly
Experience in the aerospace, defence or automotive sectors.
