About the Role

At TutorASAP, we are looking for a Psychologist / Teacher Wellbeing & Development Coordinator to support, mentor and develop our teaching team.

This role focuses on promoting teacher wellbeing, ensuring staff feel supported and integrated, conducting classroom observations, providing feedback, and contributing to teacher evaluations. The successful candidate will also lead the onboarding and training of new teachers, helping them become familiar with our academic systems, procedures and teaching standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeacher Wellbeing & Support

- Build strong relationships with teachers and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Promote teacher wellbeing and a positive working environment.
- Regularly follow up with staff to identify needs, concerns and development opportunities.
- Support teacher integration, engagement and retention.

Teacher Observation & Development

- Observe lessons and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to teacher evaluations and professional development plans.
- Identify training needs and support continuous improvement.

Teacher Training & Onboarding





- Deliver initial training for newly recruited teachers.
- Train staff on TutorASAP's academic systems, procedures and teaching methodologies.
- Support new teachers throughout their first months in the organisation.
- Organise ongoing professional development sessions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology or a related field.
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
- Drive license necesary for the position
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for education, teacher development and wellbeing.
- Ability to build trust and provide constructive support to professionals.
