Shine is seeking a Product Director, Advisor Spain to own the full Spanish CPA scope end-to-end. This turnaround-and-build role stabilises and modernises a product relied on by Spanish despacho firms, while connecting Spain to a European platform built in parallel.You will lead 5 product teams—Tax & Accounting, Payroll, Advisor Tools & Services I & II, and Migrations—driving AI-enabled enhancements and regulatory-aware evolutions for CPAs and their clients.
