Assist Norwegian-speaking customers via phone and email, handling inquiries and resolving issues with ease.
Address customer concerns quickly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
What You Bring to the Table: Fluency in Norwegian (both oral and written) and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer support or service is a bonus.
A clean credit record is a must, as you'll handle sensitive financial data.
Monday-Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00, Friday from 09:00 to 16:00, leaving plenty of time to explore the coast!
