Working closely with hiring managers and colleagues, you ensure that recruitment needs are translated into effective recruitment campaigns and successful hires.Your roleAs a Recruiter, you manage the recruitment process from the initial vacancy briefing to the successful hiring of new colleagues.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions across the organisation.Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment priorities.Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards,



social media and other recruitment channels.Maintain regular contact with candidates and guide them through each stage of the recruitment process.Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future recruitment needs.Ensure an organised and up-to-date recruitment process in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Monitor recruitment progress and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience.Contribute to employer branding activities and initiatives to strengthen Farm Trans' position in the labour market.Experience in recruitment, preferably in an in-house recruitment environment.Experience with candidate sourcing and different recruitment channels.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.An interest in improving recruitment processes and contributing to a strong candidate experience.Holiday allowance equivalent to half a month's salary and a Christmas bonus equivalent to one month's salary.Opportunities for professional development and growth.
