Formarás parte del equipo de Construcción, participando en gestión integral del proyecto, tanto en fase de estudio como de ejecución, reportando al Director de Proyecto, asegurando que se ofrecen los más altos estándares de calidad y colaborando en la consecución de los objetivos de la Compañía, de forma que desarrollarás las siguientes funciones:
Asistencia técnica.
Visitas técnicas a inmuebles para toma de datos.
Colaborarás con los equipos de Diseño y Estudios en la elaboración de los proyectos de arquitectura e instalaciones, principalmente en el ámbito de fit out interior de oficinas.
Gestionarás la calidad de los procedimientos, así como la calidad de los materiales y los acabados en obra.
Gestionarás los recursos necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos comprometidos en el proyecto. Gestion de subcontratación, control de costes, planificación, cierres económicos con cliente y proveedor




Colaborarás en la petición, gestión y análisis de las ofertas requeridas a los diferentes proveedores, así como en el análisis de los comparativos.
Elaborarás documentación necesaria en la vida del proyecto: mediciones, planificaciones, control económico, actas, doc as built, etc

titulación Universitaria de Arquitectura / Arq. Técnico o Ingeniería/Ing. Técnica
Conocimiento y experiencia en el sector de la construcción
mínimo 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares
herramientas de paquete MS-Office, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD. Valorable REVIT
nivel alto de inglés
persona con autonomía, proactividad, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, organizada, comprometida y con interés en ayudar a impulsar el proyecto corporativo
