Our mission is to enable everyone to build wealth We reinvent how trading and investing work by creating exceptional products people love. Тoday, we serve over 6 million clients, with more than €38 billion in assets under management — a testament to the scale and trust we’ve built in just a few years.

You'll own a product area end to end, including its legal and regulatory position. We're hiring across trading and execution (order routing, settlement, corporate actions), tax-efficient investing and pensions (ISAs, SIPPs and German pension accounts), crypto, and client accounts and payments (onboarding, client money, cards and FX). You work directly with your engineers, designers, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, and answer for both the client experience and the commercial result.

Decide what your area builds next, from client needs, product data and commercial goals, and defend the choice

Read the regulation, the API documentation and the operational process yourself, and form the position before Legal and Compliance review it

Write the spec: client journey, business rules, data, integrations and acceptance criteria, detailed enough to build and test from

Carry your decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance and Operations

Take the product through testing and launch, then run it: monitoring, client feedback, the numbers, the next improvement

Enough technical understanding to read documentation, follow a data flow and reason about system behaviour with engineers

Your own numbers: you query the data yourself and can explain every figure you quote

Regular use of AI in product work, checked against documentation, data and other primary sources

An area that is yours, including its legal position, with more engineering capacity than most product teams get

All personal data of applicants is protected by law and treated with strict confidentiality.
