Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Financial Strength
- The Country Manager Spain will be responsible for the strategic vision, development, and financial solidity of the Spanish entity.
- Works closely with the South‑Europe Management team, which covers Spain, Italy, and Switzerland.

Development & Growth
- Identify, negotiate, and manage new expansion opportunities through lease agreements or management contracts.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts with key players in the real‑estate market, investors, institutions, and strategic partners.
- Ensure revenue targets are met and drive business growth in Spain.

Financial & Strategic Management
- Oversee the financial performance of the Spanish entity, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Define and monitor budgets in coordination with Group management.
- Optimize financing and legal structures associated with real‑estate projects.

Leadership & Representation
- Represent the company in Spain before external stakeholder groups,



including partners, investors, and institutions.
- Inspire, support, and guide teams in performing their duties, including the host partnerships of establishments in Spain.
- Promote and convey the corporate culture and entrepreneurial spirit of the company.

Required Profile

- University degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or equivalent disciplines.
- Consolidated experience in hospitality, catering, or event spaces.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and experience handling profit‑and‑loss (P&L;) accounts.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Solid leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in multicultural environments.
- Native‑level Spanish and proficient English.
- Residence in Barcelona and availability to travel.
