A Commercial Excellence is primarily responsible for maximizing the effectiveness efficiency and performance of the commercial organization across Spain and Portugal ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion.
The main function is to drive sales excellence by optimizing commercial strategies processes tools performance management and customer engagement across Iberia.

Major Responsibilities
- Translate regional and general business strategies into actionable commercial plans for Iberia.
- Ensure alignment between marketing sales and market access objectives.
- Define and monitor KPIs dashboards and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights on market trends customer performance and commercial opportunities.
- Support accurate sales forecasting and business planning.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems and digital sales tools (Sales Force SAP Power BI)
- Drive data quality and adoption of best practices.
- Design territory alignment account segmentation targeting and call planning.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Identify competency gaps and implement training programs.
- Promote best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Sales Marketing Medical Affairs Market Access Finance and Operations.
- Facilitate execution of strategic initiatives across Iberia.
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering Life Sciences or Finance
Background
- Experience in a similar role and business complexity
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Analytical conceptual and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Master Data Management Data Governance and Data Quality principles
