Role Mission

As part of our global IT Digital Workplace structure, you are the technical heartbeat of our offices across Europe, with a strong focus on owning and optimizing the local Madrid workplace. You aren’t just responding to tickets; you are ensuring that our infrastructure, from high-end post-production setups to cloud-based SaaS tools and office connectivity, works reliably for every team member.

Reporting into the Global IT structure from day one, you will be the go-to expert for local needs while maintaining the high standards of a global organization. This role is based in Madrid but offers the exciting opportunity for occasional travel (approx. 10%) to other regional offices for onsite IT projects and hands-on support.

Key responsibilities

-

- Device & Asset Management: Own the full lifecycle of Apple and PC hardware, procurement, custom setup, provisioning, and tracking via SOTI MDM,



ensuring everyone from our offices is ready to work.

- Systems & Access: Manage user environments and L1-L3 support for our core digital workplace stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, ) in line with global identity policies.

- Connectivity & WiFi Infrastructure: Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot local network performance (WiFi, switches, firewalls) and VPN access to guarantee maximum uptime for data-heavy operations.

- Endpoint Security: Ensure all devices stay secure and compliant using ESET AV and other corporate policies, while keeping operations strictly GDPR compliant.

- General Alignment: Be an integral member of the Global IT Digital Workplace team, driving the implementation of global IT standards, automation, and security protocols globally..

- Documentation: Keep our technical "source of truth" updated, from asset inventories to internal troubleshooting guides and IT playbooks.

Skills & experience

-

- The Technical Pro: You have solid experience (3+ years) in IT support, workplace management, or system administration, ideally within a creative, marketing, or media agency environment.

- The Network Savvy: You possess strong hands-on knowledge of network infrastructure, WiFi optimization, and routing/switching basics.

- The Stack Expert:



Proven experience managing SOTI MDM (or similar enterprise MDM solutions) and administering cloud collaboration environments (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira).

- The Problem Solver: You are structured and hands-on. You don’t just fix the issue; you improve the system so it doesn't happen again.

- The Communicator: You speak fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken). You enjoy helping people and making complex tech feel simple for your colleagues.

- The Global Mindset: You are comfortable working within a global framework and can manage regional responsibilities with total autonomy.

- Flexibility to Travel: You are open to occasional international travel (around 10%) to other EMEA offices when onsite technical tasks or deployments require your expertise.
