* We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives in Spain, ensuring brand visibility, customer attraction and alignment with the company's global strategy. *Responsibilities
* Planning and execution of marketing campaigns at a local level Adaptation of the integral strategy to the region Management of marketing actions at points of sale (offline and online) Coordination with operations to drive sales and traffic Management of social media and local collaborations Analysis of results and optimization of campaigns (ROI, traffic, conversion)
Participation in new venue openings and brand activations Working with local suppliers and partners *Requirements
* 2–3 years of marketing experience in Spain Experience in retail and hospitality sector (highly valued) Experience in campaign execution and local marketing Analytical skills and results-oriented Ability to work in dynamic environments Excellent communication and organizational skills Proactivity and practical approach *Languages
* Spanish C1 (essential) English C1 (essential) Russian or Ukrainian (a plus) *
