We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts across Southern EU & Balkans. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer electronics and IT industry, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the headquarter’s Marketing team to localize and adapt global brand strategies and campaigns for Southern EU & Balkans markets.
• Act as the key liaison between Southern EU & Balkans markets and the HQ Marketing team, ensuring effective communication, alignment and execution of brand initiatives.
• Gather and analyze local market insights, customer feedback, and team needs, and provide timely and actionable feedback.
• Manage the localization of marketing materials, including digital content, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute regional marketing activities, such as events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and report on the performance of localized campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure all localized marketing efforts are consistent with the global brand voice and messaging.




• Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to promote UGREEN’s products across Southern EU & Balkans, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the NAS (Storage industry), Consumer Electronics or Computer IOT industry.
• Proven experience in West European markets, with a strong understanding of regional consumer behavior and market dynamics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and analytics.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
