¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

- Develop the Group's capital planning activities to ensure financial strength and support sustainable growth.

- Assess the solvency, financial resilience, and dividend distribution capacity of the Group's various entities.

- Design and implement a global Capital Management and Cash Remittance Framework.

- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Asset Management teams to optimise capital allocation and support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor key capital, liquidity, and profitability metrics, preparing analyses and reports for senior management.

- Enhance and standardise processes, tools, and dashboards related to capital management, financial planning, and reporting.

- Participate in finance transformation initiatives, driving new methodologies, automation,



and analytical solutions to improve the efficiency of Group-wide capital management.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

- University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

- Solid experience in Controlling functions, preferably with exposure to Strategic Controlling and/or leadership responsibilities or capital management, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).

- Strong knowledge of the insurance sector, particularly the Solvency II regulatory framework.

- Experience working in international environments.

- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

- Agile mindset, open to change and the implementation of new ideas.

- Fluent English, both written and spoken.

- Knowledge of German will be considered an asset.
