A Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist role with an international e-commerce company, focused on customer support, complex case resolution, cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement.
Critical Requirements
- Native/near-native Dutch and fluent English
- Minimum 1 year of fast-paced customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm and resilient under pressure
- Comfortable working with KPIs and multiple channels
- Based in or near Valencia, with EU work eligibility (no visa sponsorship)
- Available to start ASAP
