MongoDB is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive Professional Services sales remotely in Spain. You will understand client portfolios, define scoping, negotiate, and close PS opportunities while partnering with Sales, PS, and Customer Success teams to accelerate MongoDB adoption.
The adecuado candidate has 5+ years in PS or tech sales, experience in architecture/consulting/PS management, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel may be required; remote within Spain is supported.
