Thales in Spain is seeking an Engineering Delivery Management professional to lead delivery practices across SEM/WPM, staffing and project reviews in a hybrid Madrid setting.

The role requires a Master in Engineering or CS, 5+ years in senior delivery roles, fluency in English, French and Spanish, and a track record of building strong client relationships.

We offer versátil hours, 2 days work-from-home, restaurant allowance, health insurance and on-site coffee.
