Bsport is seeking a first-line support specialist to be the human face of our platform. You’ll start each day on a fixed 06:00 shift, handle chat and email touches, and coordinate with Level 2 when needed, across APAC, UK and Europe.
You’ll own early conversations, resolve standard requests (passes, bookings, invoices, app how-tos) and ensure smooth handoffs. A bilingual edge is a plus, with a fully remote setup and international team.
