Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Bar team with daily preparation and service tasks.
* Assist with the bar mise en place before, during and after service.
* Collaborate in the preparation and service of cocktails, beverages, coffee, soft drinks and other drinks according to hotel standards.
* Support the preparation of ingredients, garnishes, syrups, infusions and other elements required for service.
* Assist the team in providing professional, friendly and personalized service to guests.
* Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness, order and organization of the bar throughout the service.
* Comply with the quality, presentation and service standards established by the hotel.
* Support the proper control and use of beverages, ingredients, glassware, utensils and equipment.
* Assist with stock control and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant supervisor.
* Support the receiving, storage and proper conservation of products and beverages.
* Assist with inventory counts and product controls when required.




* Collaborate with the Bar team and other departments to ensure an efficient and wellcoordinated service.
* Support the correct management and reduction of waste and product loss.
* Assist in complying with hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures.
* Collaborate in the preparation of new drinks, cocktails and bar proposals when required.
* Participate in other departmental projects and tasks according to operational needs. Profile & Skills
* Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, Bartending or a related field.
* Genuine interest in developing a career in Bar & Beverage within the hospitality and gastronomy industry.
* Passion for cocktails, beverages and hospitality.
* Positive attitude, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.
* Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
* Availability: 3 to 6 months. Conditions
