• Support the daily management of customer requests and inquiries.
• Assist with order processing and follow-up activities.
• Prepare and manage customer communications, mainly in English.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Help maintain customer information and documentation.
• Learn about international customer service and export operations. What are we looking for?
• Studies related to International Trade,



International Business or similar areas would be highly valued.
• Spanish C1 level.
• B2 English level.
• French is a plus.
• Good written communication skills.
• Organized, proactive and eager to learn.
