NTT DATA Business Consulting is a division that focuses on strategic and transformational projects such as innovation, performance improvement, customer experience, digitalization, business analytics, and talent management, within a wide range of sectors: industry, banking, public administration, utilities, insurance, telecommunications, etc.
We are currently looking for Consulting Managers to join our fast-growing team in the Automotive sector based in Barcelona or Madrid.
Lead project planning, defining timelines, resources, tasks, and action plans, ensuring deadlines are met
Manage different internal project teams, including workloads,



project objectives, scope, roles and deliverables, ensuring clear coordination and oversight of junior members
Manage project diagnostics and analytics, overseeing global deliverables and ensuring alignment with client needs
Gain deep understanding of the client's sector and business to deliver tailored solutions
Lead commercial proposals within your area of responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Political science, or similar
~ 5+ years of experience in a high pace environment is a must (management consulting, Investment Banking, or similar)
~ A minimum of +2 years of experience in an automotive project within the distribution function (excluding manufacturing) is required
~ Proficiency level in English, Spanish, and Catalan; French is advantageous
~ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, experience with CRM, ERP systems is advantageous
