Onboarding new customers, including product implementation and project management for GTM

and Operations
Building and maintaining an internal and external knowledge base for customers and internal teams to reference, including self-service instructions
A 2:1 bachelor's degree or above
~2+ years of experience in customer success of SAAS platforms
~ Experience managing user training programmes and driving product education
