What You'll Do Provide professional customer support via phone and email.
Assist customers with service-related, payment, and technical inquiries.
Deliver accurate information while following established procedures.

Requirements Native or C2 level Icelandic .
Advanced English .




Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems).
Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Previous customer service or contact center experience is an advantage.
