Project Description Responsible for operations, monitoring (e.g., using Zabbix), documentation, deployments, and troubleshooting of the platform and related services. night shifts are required only on rare occasions. Apply expertise in TCP/IP networking, system tracing, root cause analysis, and Linux-based environments. Analyze systems and develop measures to ensure stability, availability, performance, and security. Contribute to IT budget planning, forecasting, and cost control activities. Lead projects for the implementation of new solutions and the enhancement of existing systems and services. Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and Linux/Windows systems to keep applications stable and scalable. Proficiency in API management and deployment automation (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) for seamless module enhancements and system integrations.



Mastery of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and security practices (IAM, vulnerability scanning) to ensure system performance and data safety. Stakeholder & Project Leadership: Strong communication skills to gather business requirements, translate them into technical plans, and run projects using Agile or Scrum methods. Understanding of ITIL principles (change/incident management) and cloud cost-optimization techniques to help direct IT budgeting and forecasting.
