Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. We are seeking a founding engineering leader to turn arriving hardware into accepted clusters, automate validation, and drive time-to-acceptance from weeks to days. You will hire and coach the first engineers, set growth paths, and establish playbooks for a growing team across Europe. You will collaborate with Product Managers to plan delivery waves, balance hands-on coding with people leadership, and shape the future of Mistral's datacenters
