FMG We are looking for an experienced and hands‐on Engineering Manager to lead all technical, engineering, maintenance, and infrastructure activities at our plant in Granada.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and optimize technical operations, maintenance, utilities, and engineering teams.
* Ensure equipment reliability, maximum plant availability, and reduced downtime and maintenance costs.
* Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, asset management, and shutdown planning.
* Lead CAPEX projects, modernization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, technical standards, safety, and ESG requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement through TPM, Lean Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and Reliability Engineering.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, HSE, Finance, and R&D.;
* Lead, motivate, and develop technical teams, fostering accountability and high performance.

Requirements:
* Fluent English and Spanish are essential.
* Proven experience in a Technical Manager,



Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, or similar technical leadership role.
* Strong background in industrial manufacturing environments.
* Solid knowledge of maintenance management systems, CAPEX projects, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Proven leadership experience managing large technical teams, preferably in unionized or blue-collar environments.
* Experience in safety-critical or highly regulated production environments is a strong advantage.
* Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and sound decision‐making abilities.
