We're looking for a full-stack engineer who enjoys building great products, solving complex technical challenges, and taking ownership of solutions from idea to production. You'll work across frontend and backend systems, designing and delivering reliable, scalable, and secure features that create meaningful value for our customers. Design, build, deploy, and maintain customer-facing features across the full stack, taking ownership from technical design through production. Backend Engineering & Architecture Build and evolve backend services, APIs, and integrations, making pragmatic technical decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Engineering Quality & Security Deliver secure, well-tested, production-ready software, proactively identifying risks, improving existing solutions,

experience:
Proven experience building and delivering production web applications, with the ability to work confidently across frontend and backend systems. Modern frontend development: Strong knowledge of TypeScript and experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue.js, or equivalent. Backend development: Solid experience with at least one backend language, such as Python, Go, or Node.js, including API design and relational databases. Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containers, deployment workflows, and application monitoring. Ability to balance speed, simplicity, security, performance, and long-term maintainability. English proficiency: Strong written and spoken English, comfortable working in an international team. It's a plus if you have Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, or GitOps. Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as NATS, Kafka, or Pub/Sub. Background in data-intensive applications, IoT, digital infrastructure, or water utilities.
