Are you passionate about football, fluent in German and English, and keen to work with young international players? At Firmament Sports, we are looking for German
- and English-speaking football coaches to join our upcoming Experience in Barcelona as Assistant Coaches, from 29 March to 5 April 2027. During the programme, you will support a group of international children and teenagers travelling to Barcelona to train and enjoy a unique football experience. What will you do?
* Lead and support football training sessions.
* Accompany, supervise and care for players throughout the day.
* Communicate with participants in German and English.
* Apply the club’s coaching methodology and collaborate with the technical team and official club coaches.
* Organise and supervise recreational, educational and sporting activities.
* Ensure a safe, positive and motivating environment for all participants. What are we looking for?




* Strong German and English language skills — essential for communicating with players and colleagues.
* Previous football coaching experience, particularly with children and teenagers.
* Availability for the full programme, from 29 March to 5 April 2027, in Barcelona.
* Ability to adapt training sessions to different ages and abilities.
* A responsible, proactive and approachable team player with strong group leadership skills.
* Coaching qualifications and international experience are an advantage. What do
