About the Role
We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join and strengthen our Data & BI team. Your mission will be to turn data into actionable insights: preparing recurring reports, maintaining dashboards, investigating performance trends and ensuring data accuracy across different tools. You’ll collaborate with different business areas, including Acquisition, Retention and Monetization, working with real business data from day one. Don't worry if you haven't mastered every tool yet We value a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn. ?

Key Responsibilities
• ? Build and maintain weekly and monthly reports covering acquisition, retention and monetization.
• ? Maintain and improve dashboards, enabling teams to independently track key business metrics.
• ? Investigate changes in performance indicators and identify the reasons behind them.
• ? Ensure data consistency across different tools and flag discrepancies or unexpected results.
• ? Support ad-hoc analyses for different teams, covering everything from campaign performance to user behaviour.
• ? Document metrics,



queries and reporting processes to ensure knowledge is shared across the team. ? Qualifications
• Required: Degree in Engineering.
• Required: 1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis or a similar role.
• Nice to have: Master's degree in Data, Business Analytics or a related field. ?️ Required Skills
• ? SQL: Ability to write queries using joins, aggregations and distinct counts (COUNT(DISTINCT)). Practical experience applying SQL in a real project is highly valued.
• ? Excel / Google Sheets: Confident using pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and data-cleaning techniques.
• ? Attention to detail: Ability to identify inconsistencies, question unexpected figures and validate data before reporting.
• ? Digital Marketing: Interest in digital marketing metrics and business performance indicators.
• ✍️ Communication: Clear and effective written communication skills.
• ? English: B2 level minimum. ⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
• ? Experience with Looker Studio or other Business Intelligence tools.
• ⚙️ Basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms or CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot or similar).
• ? Familiarity with BigQuery or Python.
