Key Responsibilities
• Deploy, administer, maintain, and optimize VMware and VCF environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot virtualization issues and resolve incidents.
• Automate operational tasks and improve infrastructure efficiency.
• Implement patches, updates, and security best practices.




• Collaborate with international IT teams on infrastructure projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise virtualization infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
• Practical knowledge of VCF Operations and VCF Automation.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage VMware infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of storage, networking, backup, and operating systems.
• Professional proficiency in English Nice to Have:
• Experience with Nutanix, Hyper-V, and KVM.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with public cloud platforms and storage management.
• VMware certifications (VCP/VCAP), Terraform, or Ansible certifications. We positively value all work or study experience abroad. All positions require a high level of English (at least B2)
