Barcelona | Central Reservations | Full-time | Monday–Friday Description This isn’t a typical reservations role. It’s where sales meets operations. Based in our centralised Central Reservations Office (CRO) in Barcelona, you’ll manage high-value group bookings across international markets, working closely with our Revenue, Sales and Operations teams. Your impact is measurable in conversion, revenue and client relationships, and alongside a competitive salary, you’ll earn a sales bonus linked directly to your conversion and revenue performance. It’s a real stepping stone into key accounts, revenue management, sales or team leadership. Monday to Friday, no weekends. WHY GENERATOR? • Manage high-value group reservations across direct, OTA and wholesale channels
• Proactively convert enquiries into confirmed business to drive revenue
• Build, negotiate and optimise group quotes, including upselling opportunities
• Take full ownership of billing, deposits and payment processes
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency across all systems and platforms
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales and Operations teams to maximise results
• Build strong,

• A commercially minded person who doesn’t just quote but converts
• A natural communicator who loves building relationships
• Confident handling high volumes and complex bookings
• Highly organised, with a talent for prioritising
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Your Experience
• Solid experience in hotel reservations and customer service (group bookings preferred)
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong plus
• Experience with PMS systems (MEWS is a plus)
• Familiarity with OTAs, wholesale platforms and booking channels
