Role Description The Digital Asset Portfolio Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for organizing, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s and clients’ digital asset libraries. Day-to-day tasks include implementing digital asset management workflows, defining and applying metadata standards, and ensuring assets are properly cataloged and easily retrievable. The role involves partnering with internal teams and clients to understand asset requirements, improve asset lifecycle processes, and maintain governance for usage rights and version control. The Digital Asset Portfolio Manager will also monitor system performance, recommend process improvements, and support training for stakeholders in asset management best practices. Responsibilities
• Manage and allocate portfolios across digital assets (BTC, ETH, large-cap and mid-cap tokens, stablecoins, and tokenized assets)
• Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with fund mandates, risk appetite, and client goals




• Conduct fundamental and market analysis of tokens, sectors, and projects
• Monitor portfolio performance, exposure, concentration, and correlation with the broader market
• Rebalance portfolios and manage entry and exit points based on market conditions
• Set and follow risk limits, position sizes, and stop-loss and hedging rules
• Evaluate yield opportunities such as staking and lending within approved risk limits
• Work with analysts, traders, and risk teams to refine investment decisions
• Select and monitor custodians, exchanges, and counterparties
• Prepare regular performance reports and investment updates for investors, clients, and management
• Communicate market views and strategy clearly to investors and stakeholders
• Follow compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements for investment activities Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in portfolio management, investing, trading, or asset management (digital assets, hedge funds, or traditional finance)
• Strong understanding of digital asset markets, tokenomics, and market cycles
• Solid knowledge of portfolio theory, risk management, and performance measurement
• Personal or professional experience investing in digital assets
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Familiarity with wallets, custody, exchanges, and DeFi basics
• Ability to make disciplined decisions in a volatile market
• Excellent written and spoken English
