? We're hiring: Danish-speaking Onboarding Manager ? Málaga, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home) | ⏱️ Full-time OneMoneyWay is a financial platform offering business accounts, payments and business cards to SMEs across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Spain. We're looking for a Danish-speaking Onboarding Manager to guide new Danish business clients from signed application to fully active account, working from our office in Málaga's financial district. ?

What you'll do
- Guide new Danish business clients through the onboarding process, from application to account activation
- Be the client's main point of contact during onboarding by phone and email
- Collect and check client information and documents, and follow up on anything missing
- Work closely with sales, compliance and customer support to keep applications moving
- Make sure clients are set up correctly and know how to get started with their account and cards
- Track applications and keep case notes up to date in our CRM
- Spot bottlenecks and suggest improvements to make onboarding faster and smoother ✅ What we're looking for
- Fluent Danish and good English, written and spoken
- Experience in onboarding, customer success,



account management or a similar client-facing role
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and good at managing many cases at once
- Clear, friendly communicator who keeps clients informed and motivated
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- Based in Málaga or willing to relocate ⭐ Nice to have
- Experience from fintech, banking, payments or B2B services
- Basic familiarity with KYC or document checks (we'll train you)
- Swedish or Norwegian skills ?
