Finance Transformation Overview Our Finance Transformation team supports CFOs and Finance leaders in redefining the role of the Finance function, evolving it from a transactional and control-focused organization into a strategic, data-driven, and AI-enabled business partner. As we continue to expand our Finance Transformation practice in Spain, we are looking for a Senior Manager who can combine deep Finance expertise, consulting leadership, and a strong commercial mindset. You will play a key role in originating and delivering complex transformation programs, developing trusted relationships with senior Finance executives, and shaping innovative solutions across operating model, processes, technology, data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. You will join a growing, cross-industry team with the opportunity to influence our market positioning, develop new capabilities, and contribute directly to the growth of the practice. Role Description As a Finance Transformation Senior Manager, you will lead strategic engagements aimed at redefining Finance operating models, improving end-to-end processes, modernizing Finance platforms, and enabling better business decision-making. You will advise CFOs and Finance leadership teams on topics including Finance strategy, target operating models, shared services and GBS, process transformation, planning and performance management, working capital, Finance technology, data, and AI-enabled Finance. The role combines business development, client leadership, delivery excellence, and people development.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Practice Growth
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities related to Finance Transformation.
• Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and other senior executives across target accounts.
• Lead end-to-end consulting sales processes, from opportunity identification and solution definition to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Lead strategic proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level client presentations.
• Translate client challenges into differentiated Finance Transformation value propositions.
• Develop account growth strategies and support the positioning of Capgemini Invent as a strategic transformation partner.
• Contribute to the development of market offerings, thought leadership, methodologies, and reusable assets.




• Collaborate with Capgemini’s technology, data, AI, engineering, and operations teams to bring integrated solutions to the market. Client and Engagement Leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior Finance executives.
• Lead complex Finance Transformation programs from strategy and design through implementation.
• Define Finance strategies and target operating models covering organization, governance, processes, technology, data, capabilities, and sourcing.
• Develop cases for change and robust business cases, including financial impact, investment requirements, implementation roadmaps, and value-realization mechanisms.
• Lead Finance organization redesign, shared services, Global Business Services, outsourcing, carve-out, integration, and post-merger transformation initiatives.
• Ensure delivery excellence, effective program governance, risk management, and measurable client outcomes.
• Manage senior stakeholders and align Finance transformation initiatives with broader enterprise priorities. Finance Transformation Expertise
• Redesign and optimize end-to-end Finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Define AI-enabled Finance operating models and identify practical use cases for generative AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and agentic solutions.
• Transform planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and management-reporting models.
• Improve working capital, cash management, billing, collections, and financial close performance.
• Define Finance data models, governance frameworks, management information, performance indicators, and decision-support capabilities.
• Use process mining, benchmarking, automation, and leading practices to identify and quantify transformation opportunities. Team Leadership
• Lead multidisciplinary and international consulting teams across complex transformation engagements.
• Mentor and develop Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants, supporting their career progression and capability development.
• Build a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client impact, innovation, and delivery quality.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, knowledge development, and community-building activities within the Finance Transformation practice. Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting,



Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial experience in Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, management consulting, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading complex Finance Transformation programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Finance operating models, financial processes, performance management, and Finance technology.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong track record in business development, proposal leadership, account growth, or the sale of consulting services.
• Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value-realization frameworks.
• Knowledge of ERP-enabled Finance transformation and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, process mining, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, storytelling, and executive-communication skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in demanding, entrepreneurial, and international environments.
• Fluent Spanish and English, preferably at C1 level or above.
• Availability to travel when required by client engagements. Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in a leading management consulting firm, strategy boutique, Big Four organization, or major technology consulting company.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance strategy, target operating model, GBS or shared services, FP&A;, working capital, Finance process optimization, ERP transformation, carve-outs, or post-merger integration.
• An established network of CFOs, Finance leaders, or senior executives within the Spanish market.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-enabled Finance solutions.
