Zombie Walk Coach (Open Application) ? The undead walk all night and earn nothing. We think that’s a scandal. At Macadam, every step counts, even the slow, shuffling ones. We’re the app that pays you to walk: almost 15 million people move with us, and nearly a million open the app every single day to turn their steps into rewards from brands like Amazon, Booking or Carrefour, or donate them to causes they care about. We exist for one reason: to end sedentary lifestyles and get people moving. For real. For good. ? Why this role exists Let’s be honest: “Zombie Walk Coach” isn’t on our org chart. But this posting is real. Maybe you’ve been lurking on our careers page. Maybe you love what we do but haven’t found the perfect role yet. Maybe you’re the kind of person we didn’t even know we needed. This is your door, and it’s unlocked all Halloween weekend. ?️ The souls we’re currently hunting If one of these makes your heart beat again, apply to it directly:
• Senior Frontend Engineer (React Native)
• QA Engineer
• Senior Data Scientist
• LiveOps Designer Intern
• Affiliation Operations Intern If none of them fits but Macadam does, apply here and tell us where you’d make an impact. ? Who rises to the top of our list

• You make it happen: you take ownership and drive outcomes, not just tasks.
• You build together: you challenge, support and lift up the people around you.
• You trust the data: you decide with clarity and measure what counts.
• You build for people: empathy and simplicity over cleverness.
• You think bigger: you want to help take a consumer app used by millions to the next level, including new markets like the US. ? Treats, not tricks
• A profitable, self-funded company of ~40 people, where your work is visible from day one
• Offices in the heart of Barcelona, hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 remote) plus days to work from anywhere
• Private healthcare, meal vouchers and a wellness membership (zombies need cardio too)
• Breakfast, drinks and a free team lunch every Friday
• Team events and offsites, no haunted houses (we promise nothing) ?

How to apply
Send us your CV in English and a few lines on what you’d bring to Macadam: the role you’d invent for yourself, the problem you’d fix first, or the feature you’d haunt us with until we shipped it. No pumpkin required. Just bring your brains. ?
