Capitole is growing, and we want you to be part of the journey We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Coordinator to join our team and coordinate end-to-end technical delivery across multiple systems, teams and stakeholders. If you have a solid technical understanding but enjoy coordination, organization and making complex technical deliveries happen, this could be a great opportunity for you. ?

What you'll do
• Coordinate end-to-end technical delivery across different systems and teams.
• Track technical dependencies, risks, blockers and open actions, ensuring clear ownership and follow-up.
• Coordinate engineers, architects, stakeholders and external vendors around integrations, technical readiness and delivery.
• Organize and coordinate technical E2E and integration testing when required.
• Ensure visibility of technical progress through Jira, status reporting and management presentations.
• Organize technical alignment sessions and follow up on actions and decisions.
• Work closely with the Architect to ensure delivery remains aligned with the agreed architecture and technical design. ? What we're looking for
• Experience in Technical Delivery, Technical Project Coordination, IT Project Management or similar roles.
• Good technical understanding of APIs, integrations, system dependencies and complex application environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders.




• Experience managing technical risks, dependencies, blockers and action tracking.
• Knowledge of integration and E2E testing processes.
• Experience working with Jira and technical status reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, architects, management and external vendors.
• Strong organization, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background that allows you to understand architecture and integration discussions, although this is not a hands-on development or architecture ownership role. ? Why you'll love working with us
