We're looking for an experienced Global HR Director to shape our international people strategy across Spain, the US, the UK and Mexico, working directly with our Group CEO. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's people agenda, building consistent global HR processes and supporting the company's growth across multiple markets. ? YOUR IMPACT As General HR Director, you will: ? Lead global HR strategy – Define and implement a global people strategy aligned with business priorities, organisational growth and financial objectives. ? Drive talent and organisational development – Lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement and retention initiatives. ?? Manage international HR operations – Oversee HR activities across multiple countries, including the US workforce, partnering with local management, external providers and employment advisers. ? Build effective people processes – Establish consistent global policies, job architecture, compensation frameworks and performance standards while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation. ? Partner with executive leadership – Work closely with the Group CEO and CFO on organisational design, workforce costs, headcount planning and strategic people decisions.



⚖️ Strengthen governance and compliance – Ensure robust HR practices, reliable payroll oversight, accurate employee data and compliance with applicable employment and corporate governance requirements. ? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a senior HR leader who brings:
• At least 12 years of HR experience, including 5+ years leading HR across multiple countries.
• Proven experience managing HR operations and a workforce in the United States, ideally within manufacturing, distribution or warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law and practical working knowledge of US /UK employment practices.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers and external HR partners across different jurisdictions.
• The ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, international organisation.
• Strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise senior leaders on complex people matters.
• Fluent English (C1 or above) and native-level Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills, including workforce planning and people-cost reporting.
