About the Role
The Crypto Investment & Portfolio Strategist will focus on cryptocurrency investment research, digital asset portfolio construction, and the development of data-driven strategies across integral blockchain and financial markets. The role combines quantitative analysis, fundamental research, investment due diligence, and portfolio risk management to identify opportunities and evaluate investment performance. Working with financial research and investment strategy professionals, the strategist will analyze market trends, assess portfolio allocations, and develop actionable recommendations supporting disciplined capital management. This position offers exposure to cryptocurrency investing, decentralized finance, portfolio optimization, and emerging Web3 financial opportunities.

What You'll Do
• Develop and evaluate cryptocurrency investment strategies, digital asset portfolio allocation frameworks, and investment models
• Research Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, stablecoins, tokenized assets,



and decentralized finance protocols to identify potential investment opportunities
• Analyze portfolio performance, risk-adjusted returns, market volatility, liquidity conditions, and diversification strategies
• Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on blockchain projects, tokenomics, digital asset valuations, and emerging Web3 ecosystems
• Evaluate portfolio rebalancing methodologies, position sizing, capital allocation strategies, and investment risk management frameworks
• Prepare investment research reports, portfolio performance assessments, financial models, and strategic market recommendations
• Collaborate with investment research and financial strategy professionals to improve portfolio analytics, market intelligence, and cryptocurrency investment methodologies What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency investing, portfolio management, investment research, digital asset trading, or financial markets
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, digital asset investment strategies, and portfolio construction principles
• Experience with financial modeling, portfolio optimization, investment due diligence, capital allocation,



and risk management methodologies
• Familiarity with decentralized finance, tokenomics, cryptocurrency exchanges, derivatives markets, and on-chain analytics platforms
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, TradingView, Dune, or similar financial research platforms; Python or SQL experience is an advantage
• Excellent investment judgment, research, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline preferred; CFA, CAIA, or demonstrated personal cryptocurrency investing and portfolio management experience is an advantage
